The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing general property maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance across multiple properties. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, professionalism when interacting with residents, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs
- Troubleshoot maintenance issues and complete work orders efficiently
- Maintain property appearance and safety standards
- Respond to maintenance requests and occasional on-call needs
- Work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Provide friendly, professional service while interacting with residents and team members
Qualifications & Requirements
- Property maintenance experience preferred
- Detail-oriented with strong work ethic and self-motivation
- Friendly, professional demeanor with strong customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license required
- Reliable transportation (truck preferred) to travel between properties in Northern Colorado
- Must supply own tools
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working outdoors when necessary
