Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Assistant to join our team at Manatee Springs Care & Rehabilitation in Bradenton, Florida. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall maintenance and upkeep of our 120-bed facility.

Maintenance Assistant Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to: light plumbing, carpentry, and electrical repairs

• Respond to resident and staff requests for maintenance and repairs in a timely and effective manner

• Conduct daily rounds to identify and address any maintenance issues or concerns

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and regulations

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations

• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, attending training and workshops as needed
