Marion Self Storage and Apartments is expanding, and we need a new team member! We are searching for an additional Property Manager. Your main responsibilities would include daily storage and apartment operations, including helping customers with a wide variety of situations, from renting storage units or apartments to taking and scheduling work orders.

Responsibilities:

<li>Answering phone calls and texts</li>
<li>Showing and renting storage units</li>
<li>Showing and renting apartments</li>
<li>Contacting customers regarding storage and apartment collections</li>
<li>Checking properties to ensure locations are&nbsp;secure and tidy</li>
