As a Security Officer Dispatch Center in Racine, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and on-site personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities from a dispatch post.
• Monitor radio, telephone, alarm, and/or camera systems to receive calls for service, document activity, and relay information to appropriate personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Respond to incidents, critical situations, and routine requests by dispatching officers to assigned retail and common areas and communicating updates to site leadership as needed.
• Maintain detailed logs, incident reports, and shift activity records, helping to support accurate documentation of security-related events, maintenance concerns, and/or visitor assistance requests.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter when directed. Working environments and conditions may vary by location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
