-PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP)

Required Skills
\n
-Level 3 — minimum of 7+ years' experience
\n
-Experience leading infrastructure technology projects and leading teams to execute highly complex initiatives of significant scope, scale, and risk
\n
-Program/project management expertise including working knowledge and application of Waterfall, Hybrid, and/or Agile methodologies
\n
-Skillful in adopting corporate project management standards (incorporating PMI standards), IT controls, risk, and regulatory requirements
\n
-Demonstrated ability leading multiple concurrent projects
\n
-Results-oriented with a bias for action and execution
\n
-Sound problem-solving and analytical skills
\n
-Adept at navigating a matrixed environment; ability to influence, inform, and collaborate with all levels of the organization
\n
-Strong communication skills to effectively share information, collaborate, and drive results
\n
-Ability to easily process information from various sources and simplify the complex
\n
-Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
\n
-Self-starter with ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and manage ambiguity
\n
-Thrives in a team environment and works well with others
\n
-General familiarity with infrastructure technology (Servers / Storage / Network / Database / Middleware)
\n
-Familiarity with PPM Tools such as Clarity, and other tools including ServiceNow, Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.

-Solid working knowledge of MS Office Suite including MS Project, SharePoint, and Teams
\n

Job Responsibilities
\n
-Project Leadership & Delivery
\n
-Lead project team to successfully deliver project objectives and benefits, providing required oversight to ensure control of scope, schedule, resources, and cost
\n
-Provide structured project management leadership by establishing governance, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities for all project team members, defining phases, and identifying deliverables/milestones
\n
-Develop project plans, provide executional leadership, and track progress on project goals
\n
-Identify and manage areas of risk and dependencies, including contingency planning and developing project health restoration plans
\n
-Ensure adherence to NT project standards, IT controls, risk, and regulatory requirements
\n
-Provide timely communications on project status and health including scope, schedule, resource, and/or budget, as well as articulate key risks/issues and associated impacts
\n
-Manage stakeholder expectations and motivate project team
\n
-Partner with stakeholders to plan for and manage project resources
\n
-Facilitate discussions and working sessions across the various teams involved in the project
\n
-Establish and execute against project communication plans
\n
-Escalate in a timely manner to the appropriate party(ies) to address decisions needed, the removal of roadblocks and other obstacles or constraints
