Property Management Associates (PMA) is looking for an experienced, dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team and care for a 139-unit residential community in Venice, CA.

What We Offer:
- $23.00–$26.00 per hour
- Full-time | 40 hours per week
- $300/month auto allowance
- $25/month cell phone allowance

Your responsibilities will include:
- Respond promptly to resident maintenance requests and work orders
- Perform a variety of general maintenance and repairs
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, drywall, and other building-related issues
- Complete apartment rent-ready and turnover preparation
- Maintain common areas and building systems
- Manage inventory and order parts and supplies as needed
- Complete maintenance requests accurately and on schedule
- Use maintenance tools, equipment, and materials safely and effectively
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Provide professional and courteous service to residents
- On-call and weekend work may be required
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in property maintenance, apartment maintenance, or a related field preferred
- Experience with plumbing, electrical, drywall, and apartment turnovers is a plus
- Strong knowledge of maintenance methods, tools, equipment, and materials
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Organized, dependable, and able to prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Comfortable using technology and work-order software
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of auto insurance required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical Requirements
This position requires the ability to:
- Lift and carry approximately 25–50 pounds
- Stand and walk for extended periods, up to 8 hours per day
- Perform moderate physical activity, including bending, reaching, climbing, and working in various positions
- Follow established safety procedures and guidelines
