We are looking for a motivated real estate agent who wants to specialize in property acquisitions and investment real estate while earning rewarding commissions. You will learn how to uncover potential acquisition opportunities through consistent outreach, property research, and conversations with homeowners who may be considering selling. By understanding seller circumstances, asking the right questions, and maintaining regular communication, you will develop the ability to identify properties that may align with investor purchasing goals.
As you build experience, you will gain a stronger understanding of property values, market trends, investment criteria, and the factors that influence acquisition decisions. You will also learn how to evaluate potential deals, communicate with sellers, negotiate terms, and help move transactions from initial interest through closing.
You will have access to coaching, mentorship, and business development systems that support prospecting, lead organization, and consistent follow up. Working with experienced real estate professionals will help you strengthen your sales approach, improve your ability to recognize opportunities, and build relationships with investors seeking properties.

Compensation:
$140,000+ at plan commissions
Responsibilities:
- Act as an intermediary between your sellers and buyers to ensure a smooth close
- Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions
- Follow up on all leads and requests for information
- Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends
- Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate a signed contract
- Prospect for acquisition properties
- Follow the team plan
- CRM mastery
Qualifications:
- Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required
- Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented
- Good communication
- Real Estate License Required in order to work with clients and earn commissions.
- Ability to work independently and in groups
