Join our high-velocity manufacturing team as a Protective Coatings Application Specialist. You’ll own the finish: preparing diverse substrates, applying industrial coatings, and verifying quality so every part meets spec.

From the moment you clock in, you’ll move workpieces through preparation and finishing with precision. You’ll stage parts, set up spray equipment, confirm the right coating system, and deliver consistent results shift after shift.
 From Your First Day, You Will

<li>Prepare parts and surfaces for finishing.</li>
<li>Apply coatings by spray, roller, or brush as the job requires.</li>
<li>Follow specified coating thickness and curing parameters.</li>
<li>Clean, maintain, and store finishing equipment and keep the work area orderly.</li>
</ul>

<li>Hands-on experience with spray guns and related finishing tools.</li>
<li>Ability to read simple work instructions and adhere to specifications.</li>
<li>Sharp eye for detail and commitment to quality output.</li>
