Role: Java Lead Developer
Location: Cincinnati, OH - Hybrid

Key Qualifications/Skillset
- 8 - 14 years of hands-on experience in Java, J2EE, Spring, Springboot, MicroServcies, Project pLanning, Estimation and end to end execution
- Able to independently design and develot scalable, reliable, and secure backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
- Excellent technical knowledge in:
- Object Oriented Object Oriented Programming concepts
- Java 8+
- Micro Services
- Spring, Springboot
- Messaging technologies like KAFKA
- Cloud Providers like Azure, GCP.
- Containerization – Docker and Kubernetes
- Build tools
- Version Control Systems
- RDBMS, NOSQL
- CI/CD
- Excellent work experience and knowledge in Agile methodology
- Good grasp of AI and related technologies
- Excellent in communication, team building and collaboration
- Strong understanding and practical insights on domain knowledge
- Practical experience in estimation, pricing and resourcing tools and methods
- Able to identify opportunities from the events in related domain
