Job Description
Andover Forest Post Acute Care Center is seeking a full-time Maintenance Manager to oversee building maintenance, repairs, safety, and preventive maintenance in our skilled nursing facility.
Responsibilities include coordinating daily maintenance operations, supervising a Maintenance Assistant, completing repairs, maintaining a safe environment for residents and staff, and ensuring compliance with applicable safety and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:

At least 1 year of supervisory experience

Hands-on building maintenance and repair skills

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

Ability to manage multiple priorities

Pay: $70,000-$75,000 per year
