📅 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM

Job Summary
BG Staffing is looking for a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician to support day-to-day property maintenance operations. This position is ideal for a hands-on professional with experience in general maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting. The right candidate will help ensure the property remains safe, functional, and well-maintained while delivering excellent service to residents and staff.
Responsibilities
- Complete maintenance service requests and work orders promptly.
- Perform routine, preventative, and corrective maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues.
- Conduct property inspections and identify maintenance concerns.
- Assist with apartment turns, including repairs, painting touch-ups, and unit preparation.
- Maintain grounds, common areas, and equipment as needed.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Keep accurate records of completed work and maintenance activities.
Qualifications
- Previous maintenance experience in apartment, residential, commercial, or multifamily settings preferred.
- Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general building maintenance.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- HVAC certification is a plus.
- Reliable transportation preferred.
