Our client is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager with Tech experience in in Modern work place/End User computing- to lead strategic initiatives across our portfolio. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in program and project management. The Program Manager will play a critical role in driving the successful delivery of complex programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and fostering collaboration across stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Leadership:

- Lead cross-functional programs focused User Experience enhancements across Blackstone’s portfolio companies.
- Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

\n
Stakeholder Management:
\n
- \n
- Collaborate with internal teams, portfolio companies, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
- Communicate program updates, risks, and milestones effectively to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Technical Expertise:
\n

- Apply deep knowledge of End User Computing technologies to design and implement scalable data solutions.
\n
\n
\n
Risk Management:
\n
- \n
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure program success.
- Monitor program performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
\n

\n
Process Optimization:
\n

- Drive continuous improvement efforts within the Portfolio Delivery Office, leveraging industry best practices in program management and technology delivery.
- Establish frameworks and methodologies to streamline program execution.

Qualifications:
\n
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
\n
\n
Experience:
\n
- \n
- Minimum of 3-5+ years of experience in project or program management, with a proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience working with EUC technologies
\n
\n
\n
\n
Leadership & Communication:
\n

- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.

\n
Other Requirements:

- Ability to work in a hybrid environment (3 days in-office, 2 days remote).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- PMP, PgMP, or similar certifications are a plus.
