Why This Is a Great Opportunity

  • Join a growing Estates & Trusts practice at a well-established, nationally respected law firm serving clients across Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, DC
  • Work on meaningful matters — estate administration, trusts, probate, guardianship, and fiduciary work — that directly impact clients during significant life moments
  • Named a "Top Workplace" by The Washington Post for three consecutive years — a track record that speaks for itself
  • Paid parking in downtown Bethesda or a Metro stipend — your commute is covered either way
  • Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) with profit sharing
  • Access to an onsite fitness facility and generous paid time off and holidays
  • Offices two blocks from the Bethesda Metro in a vibrant, walkable area
  • A collaborative, supportive team environment where detail-oriented professionals thrive

Location: This is a full-time, on-site role in downtown Bethesda, MD. You will work directly alongside the Estates & Trusts team in the office each day, with easy Metro access and covered parking.

Note: A Notary Public commission in Maryland or Virginia is required for this role; DC notary is a strong plus. Prior experience in estates, trusts, probate, or fiduciary administration is strongly preferred. Candidates must be comfortable managing multiple active files with competing deadlines.

We have been honored as a "Top Workplace" by The Washington Post for three consecutive years — a reflection of the culture we have built and continue to protect. Confidential Employer.
