Job DescriptionDescriptionVault Roofing is growing, and we’re looking for a Roofing Project Coordinator to help keep residential roofing projects organized and moving from signed contract through completion.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on coordination role for someone who is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and great with customers. You’ll work closely with homeowners, sales reps, roofing crews, suppliers, and the production team to make sure projects stay on schedule and customers know what to expect.
Roofing or construction experience is a plus, but it’s not required. We’re looking for someone who can manage multiple priorities, communicate clearly, follow through, and stay ahead of issues before they become problems.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate roofing projects from contract through completion
- Schedule roofing crews, material deliveries, inspections, and customer appointments
- Communicate with homeowners throughout the roofing process and provide regular updates
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, roofing crews, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Order roofing materials and confirm availability and delivery dates
- Track project schedules and proactively address delays or scheduling conflicts
- Review contracts and project paperwork for accuracy
- Verify deposits, financing, pricing, and required documentation
- Manage permits, inspections, and other project requirements
- Submit labor purchase orders and track project costs, budgets, and change orders
- Schedule dumpsters and coordinate jobsite disposal
- Maintain accurate and organized digital job files
- Update project information and schedules in AccuLynx or other CRM/project management systems
- Help coordinate final walkthroughs and project closeout
- Follow up on outstanding items to make sure projects are completed properly and on time
- Help provide a positive, professional customer experience throughout the project
