Job DescriptionAbout the Role:Jacks Electric LLC is looking for a motivated and organized Service Administrator to join our growing team in West Palm Beach, FL! This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key support role in a fast-paced electrical services company where your coordination skills and attention to detail will make a real impact every day. This is a Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00pm position with 1 hour for lunch.

Responsibilities: Must Know Permitting and NOC submitting

• Assist with scheduling service technicians for service jobs
• Submit Permits and NOC's and follow up
• Coordinate with FPL and No Cuts
• Answer incoming calls, respond to customer inquiries, and provide excellent front-line customer service
• Manage work orders from creation to completion, ensuring accurate documentation
• Coordinate with field technicians to track job status and communicate updates to customers and management
• Maintain and update customer records and service boards
• Support the office with administrative tasks and office coordination

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a service administrative role — electrical or trades industry a plus
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Customer-focused attitude with a professional and friendly demeanor
