Clean several local properties, primarily rental units requiring frequent turnover cleaning. The Cleaning Professional will work continuously, five days per week, report directly to the property owner, and use equipment supplied by the owner.
Responsibilities
- Clean rental properties for turnover and ongoing maintenance.
- Dust and clean surfaces throughout each property.
- Vacuum floors and carpets.
- Mop hard-surface floors.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms.
- Clean kitchens and related surfaces.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license.
- Reliable automobile for traveling between local properties.
- Professional references.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of residential cleaning experience.
- Experience with rental turnover cleaning.
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Reliability and clear communication.
