Cold Storage Solutions, a growing cold storage / 3PL provider in the N Las Vegas area is currently seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated and quality minded to help the company grow and service “our” customers.
A Facility Maintenance Technician is responsible for the safe, efficient task of maintaining and repairing a wide range of systems including Building, Material Handling, Warehouse and various Equipment.
General knowledge of mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems is required. Advanced knowledge of these and other systems including HVAC, Refrigeration, Material Handling Equipment and Welding are a plus. This position provides continuous learning and the assurance that you will never get bored, run out of work or subject to layoff.
Qualified applicants must possess a valid Class-C Driver’s License, have basic hand tools and a “Can Do” attitude. Lifting of 50 pounds is required. Knowledge of the operation of Material Handling Equipment is a plus but not required. STARTING PAY for this position is $20 - $30 per hour, Depending on Experience.
We offer salary progression commensurate with performance and a generous benefits package including health, dental & vision insurance, generous Personal Time Off plan starting with 10 days after the first year, progressing to 20 days after the fifth year, PTO cash out options, 6 paid holidays per year and a 401K plan.
The successful candidate will receive a $250 BONUS after 30, 60, and 90 days of full-time employment with successful completion of the attendance and employment requirements, $750 TOTAL!
