Job DescriptionWe are looking for an Application Analyst to support contract lifecycle management activities for a long-term contract opportunity based in Arlington, Texas. This role focuses on translating business needs into effective application changes, maintaining a reliable user experience, and helping teams get the most value from the platform. The position will work closely with stakeholders, technical partners, and end users to improve configuration, support releases, and sustain day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
• Drive application configuration updates by gathering business needs, documenting functional details, coordinating testing, and moving approved changes into higher environments.
• Maintain and refine contract-related setup, including agreement types, templates, metadata fields, approval flows, and workflow logic to align with user and business expectations.
• Organize enhancement requests into iterative two-week delivery cycles and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders throughout each sprint.
• Partner with business and technical teams to assess upcoming Icertis releases, evaluate operational impact, prepare test activities, and communicate new capabilities to users.
• Administer user access by creating and removing accounts, managing groups, and assigning permissions that reflect role-based and contract-specific security requirements.
• Serve as a primary support contact for application issues by troubleshooting problems, coordinating escalations, and working with vendor support teams to achieve timely resolution.
• Oversee security and organizational setup within the system, ensuring units, groups, and privilege structures remain aligned with business operations.
• Perform data-related administration such as maintaining master tables, uploading legacy contract records, removing outdated agreements, and keeping linked documents synchronized.
• Contribute to integration support and production operations involving connected enterprise platforms while helping preserve data quality, reporting accuracy, and process continuity.
• Develop user guidance, process documentation, and training materials to encourage adoption of new features and improve overall platform effectiveness.• Experience in business analysis with the ability to capture requirements, document processes, and translate operational needs into application solutions.
• Hands-on background supporting enterprise SaaS applications, preferably within contract lifecycle management or a comparable platform administration environment.
• Knowledge of Agile or Scrum delivery methods, including backlog coordination, sprint-based enhancement planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to perform gap analysis, support test planning and execution, and validate system changes before production deployment.
• Experience with user access administration, security roles, workflow configuration, and general application support activities.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills, including the ability to support users, resolve issues, and coordinate with external support teams.
• Familiarity with document review processes, data maintenance activities, and managing system records with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Preferred experience with Icertis Contract Intelligence and integrations involving platforms such as DocuSign, Workday, Salesforce, or related enterprise systems.
