MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN - NIGHT SHIFT
Fond du Lac, WI | Full-time, direct hire
Schedule: 12-hour rotating night shifts, 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM
Pay: $30-$40+/hour
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
A food manufacturer is adding a night shift Maintenance Technician at its Fond du Lac plant. You will own preventive, routine and emergency maintenance of the building and production equipment on nights in a processing facility.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Oversee and troubleshoot operational, utility and maintenance issues across the plant
- Perform preventive, routine and emergency maintenance on buildings and equipment
- Diagnose and repair process equipment, including pumps, drives, conveyors and packaging lines
- Support utilities and refrigeration systems on shift
- Work as part of a team in a fast-paced, food-safe environment
WHAT YOU NEED
- Industrial maintenance experience with strong mechanical, electrical and structural skills
- 2-3 years of maintenance experience preferred, ideally in a food processing plant
- Hands-on ability to troubleshoot and repair pumps and process equipment
- Self-motivated, able to manage multiple priorities and contribute to a team
- Able to pass Forklift License Certification
- PLC and ammonia refrigeration knowledge a plus
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US; no sponsorship now or in the future
