Junior Management Analyst (Instructional Systems Design support)
Position Overview
Supports FEMA FQS curriculum/course development by helping design, build, test, and finalize training products (online or instructor-led), working with SMEs and ensuring required compliance (e.g., Section 508).
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop educational courses; support course production through final delivery (online or in-person).
- Coordinate with course SMEs to build plan of instruction and course content aligned to FQS requirements; support Alpha/Beta testing and course evaluation activities.
- Ensure course products meet Section 508 and FEMA production requirements; support analysis, documentation, reporting, and project support tasks as needed.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelors degree; 02 years relevant experience (internships/entry-level acceptable).
- For analysts supporting course design/development: ISD background/experience required.
Required Skills
- Analytical/problem-solving, documentation, MS Office proficiency, strong written/verbal communication, teamwork.
Certification Requirement
- None specified.
Clearance Requirement
- Public Trust background investigation required (PWS security section).
