Job DescriptionJob Responsibilities:
- Read & interpret CAD drawings, blueprints, & eng. specs
- Perform visual & dimensional inspections
- Ensure parts meet quality reqs.
- Document inspection results, measurements, & acceptance status
- Scan & file documents for digital copies of LHRs
- Identify, separate, & document non-conforming material
- Communicate inspection results & issues to Mfg. & Quality Eng.
- Support first article inspections & quality review activities
- Maintain proper handling, labeling, & traceability of inspected materials
- Maintain a clean, organized inspection area
- Follow all compliance & safety procedures
- Perform other duties as needed
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in quality inspection, mfg., or similar
- Ability to read & interpret CAD drawings, blueprints, & basic tolerances
- Strong attention to detail & ability to follow written procedures
- Strong documentation & data entry skills
- Familiarity with ISO 13485 and 21CFR 820 Standard strongly preferred
