1. Hands-on NoSQL DBA experience across at least two platforms
\n

- Called out the five supported technologies as Cassandra, Neo4j, Elasticsearch, SingleStore, and StarDog, with a minimum expectation of two platforms.

2. Neo4j and Cassandra are the highest-value platform combination
\n

- When asked where the current gap is, the manager specifically said he needs Neo4j and Cassandra with automation skills.
\n

3. Automation development experience is not optional
\n

- The role is modernization-driven, and the manager repeatedly emphasized automation, LVM, Python scripting, and SDD/spec-driven development.

4. Python scripting knowledge
