CLEAR GLOBAL SOLUTIONS, LLC is seeking an on-site Facility Manager to oversee operations, inspections, and project management across various General Services Administration (GSA) facilities nationwide.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations across the federal facilities assigned
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant agencies and stakeholders
  • Develop and oversee preventive maintenance programs
  • Monitor building systems, maintenance contracts, vendors, and operational services
  • Coordinate reimbursable work and support cost monitoring activities
  • Assist with budgeting and financial tracking under the direction of the Contracting Officer’s Representative
  • Prepare documentation, inspection reports, and recommendations for GSA review using required formats
  • Inspect federal and leased facilities to verify compliance with applicable terms and requirements
  • Support building system upgrades, space renovations and small construction projects from initiation through closeout
  • Coordinate with contractors, tenants, government staff, and cross-functional teams
  • Monitor maintenance activities, service quality, and contract performance
  • Track issues and prepare reports for review
  • Support customer service efforts and tenant satisfaction
  • Manage facility assets and capital improvement projects
  • Lead space planning and optimization initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with safety, occupational health, and regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate security operations, emergency response planning, and incident coordination
  • Support business continuity planning and emergency preparedness activities
  • Supervise the maintenance team, administrative team, and cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in facility management, construction, or property management
  • Experience with facilities management software
  • Knowledge of preventive maintenance planning
  • Experience with contract management
  • Knowledge of occupational health and safety practices
  • Understanding of building systems
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance (Secret / Top Secret / Public Trust)
  • Employment is contingent upon successful background investigation and PIV card issuance


Preferred Experience

  • Experience supporting federal or government facilities
  • Exposure to construction or project coordination
  • Familiarity with facility inspections and maintenance oversight
