Job Description:

\n

We are seeking a hands-on Technical Lead with strong .NET/C# and AWS experience to design scalable cloud solutions, lead technical discussions, and guide development teams while remaining hands-on.

\n

Required Skills

\n

    \n
  • Strong experience with AWS and AWS-based cloud architecture.
  • \n

  • Strong .NET / C# development experience.
  • \n

  • Understanding of event-driven architecture and eventing concepts.
  • \n

  • Experience with messaging and queueing systems such as AWS SQS, MQ, or similar.
  • \n

  • Strong understanding of NoSQL/non-relational database concepts.
  • \n

  • Experience with AWS ECS and containerized environments.
  • \n

  • Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) in AWS environments.
  • \n

  • Strong system design, problem-solving, and technical leadership skills.
  • \n

  • Experience with Golang (Go) is a plus.
  • \n

  • Experience with AWS EventBridge .
  • \n

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical design and architectural decisions.
  • \n

  • Design scalable AWS/.NET solutions aligned with business requirements.
  • \n

  • Lead discussions around event-driven architecture, messaging, NoSQL, and cloud services.
  • \n

  • Guide development teams on coding, architecture, and engineering best practices.
  • \n

  • Analyze existing solutions and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • \n

  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define effective solutions.
  • \n

  • Challenge assumptions and provide practical technical recommendations.
  • \n

  • Mentor developers while remaining hands-on with development and design.
  • \n
