- Lead Oracle EBS Supply Chain implementations, upgrades, rollouts and transformation programs.
- 20+ years of overall exp required. Oracle EBS R12 Supply Chain expertise.
- Deep knowledge of Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash processes.
- Integration experience with Oracle Fusion, ERP, WMS, MES and third-party systems.
- Strong architecture, stakeholder management and consulting capabilities.
- Experience in cloud transformation and enterprise application modernization.
- Provide solution architecture across Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Shipping, Sourcing, iProcurement, ASCP and Manufacturing modules.
- Engage with business stakeholders to define roadmap, process improvements and digital transformation initiatives.
- Drive fit-gap workshops, solution design, governance and program delivery.
- Lead global teams of functional consultants and coordinate with technical, integration and data migration teams.
- Support pre-sales, estimation, proposals and executive presentations.
- Ensure compliance, risk management and best practices.
