PrideStaff is one of the Top Rated Staffing Agencies in Ohio and we are currently looking to hire several Property Maintenance Technicians to become a part of our team in the Columbus area! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.
- Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
- Pay Rates range from $22-26/hr. based on experience and which location.
- Openings at properties throughout the Columbus area!
Property Maintenance Responsibilities:
- Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
- Estimate time and extent of repairs
- Perform routine preventive maintenance
- Maintain material and supply inventory
- Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
Property Maintenance Qualifications
- Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
- Comprehensive knowledge of plumbing, heating, and electrical systems
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
- HVAC not required, but a plus
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Physical ability to bend, crouch, and lift objects throughout the workday
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Own a toolset
