Role Description This full-time, on-site Window Cleaner role is based in Dallas, TX. Day-to-day responsibilities include cleaning interior and exterior windows, glass doors, and related surfaces for residential and commercial properties. The role involves preparing equipment and cleaning solutions, safely using ladders and other access tools, and working at various heights while following safety procedures. Window Cleaners will inspect work areas, identify and report any issues, and ensure all work meets company quality standards. The position also includes interacting with clients in a professional manner, adhering to schedules, and supporting the team with general contract and commercial cleaning tasks as needed.

- Candidates should possess skills in Window Cleaning and Window care, including cleaning, polishing, and streak-free finishing.
- Candidates should possess skills in Contract Cleaning and Commercial Cleaning to manage various client sites and service agreements.
- Candidates should possess skills in Working at Height, including safe ladder use and adherence to fall-protection and safety protocols.
- Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, standing, and climbing for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of cleaning products, equipment, and safety guidelines.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Reliable transportation to job sites in the Dallas, TX area and flexibility with scheduling.
- Previous experience in window or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required; training may be provided.
