System Administrator with Island Enterprise Browser (Local to Tampa, FL, Denver, Southfield, Memphis

Primary Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Administer and support the Island Enterprise Browser platform.

\n

• Monitor platform health, performance, adoption, and security-related events.

\n

• Configure and maintain browser policies, user groups, and security controls.

\n

• Troubleshoot browser, authentication, application access, and connectivity issues.

\n

• Support integrations with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and Multi-Factor Authentication solutions.

\n

• Partner with Network, Security, and Endpoint teams to resolve production issues.

\n

• Perform software upgrades, maintenance activities, and configuration changes.

\n

• Maintain operational documentation, knowledge articles, and support procedures.

\n

• Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and problem resolution activities.

\n

• Assist with browser deployment activities through Microsoft Intune and other endpoint management tools.

\n

• Support audit, compliance, and data protection initiatives.

\n

• Monitor service levels and ensure adherence to operational standards and SLAs.

\n

• Identify opportunities for automation and continuous process improvement.

\n

\n

Required Skills

\n

\n
• Enterprise application administration and operational support.

\n

• Island Enterprise Browser administration or equivalent browser management experience.

\n

• Working knowledge of networking concepts including:

\n

• TCP/IP

\n

• DNS

\n

• HTTP/HTTPS

\n

• SSL/TLS

\n

• VPN technologies

\n

• Proxy services

\n

• Experience with:

\n

• Microsoft Entra ID

\n

• Active Directory

\n

• Single Sign-On (SSO)

\n

• Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

\n

• Microsoft Intune

\n

• Understanding of endpoint security and data protection technologies.

\n

• Experience supporting Windows endpoints and virtual desktop environments.

\n

• Strong troubleshooting and incident response skills.

\n

• Experience with monitoring, logging, and operational support tools.

\n

• Basic PowerShell scripting skills preferred.
