Looking for a challenging and rewarding career? We are currently seeking a Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for servicing and repairing manufactured homes for tenants in a thriving local community. You will work closely with our sales and service team to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases and that their homes are well-maintained.

Responsibilities:

Identify any maintenance and repair issues for homes as needed.
Perform repairs and maintenance work on warrantied manufactured homes.
Install and/or replace/repair flooring, roofing, siding, and insulation, wallboard, etc.
Maintain inventory of tools and supplies necessary for the completion of repairs.
Ensure that all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment at all times.
Communicate with tenants to address their questions and concerns.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in a maintenance or repair role, preferably with manufactured homes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
