What You'll Do
Depending on the position, you'll provide onsite and remote support for business clients:
- Troubleshooting Windows and macOS computers
- Supporting Microsoft 365, Azure, Google Workspace, and Active Directory
- Installing and supporting wired and wireless business networks
- Deploying and troubleshooting servers, workstations, printers, and business applications
- Supporting cybersecurity solutions
- Building and repairing computer hardware
- Delivering exceptional customer service while solving technical issues
What We're Looking For
We're looking for exceptional IT professionals who:

- Have experience supporting business IT environments
Experience with the following technologies is preferred:
- Microsoft 365
- Microsoft Azure
- Active Directory
- Google Workspace
- Windows Server
- Windows 10/11
- macOS
- Wired & Wireless Networking
- Virtualization - HyperV & VMware
- Cybersecurity Best Practices
- MSP, PSA and RMM experience is a plus, but not required.
