Keystone Retreat (Sunshine Behavioral Health) is a residential substance use treatment facility in Ephrata, PA, focused on helping individuals build lasting recovery.
Please note: While our facility name reflects the historical name of the location, we are a separate organization with no affiliation to prior entities associated with the area.
We’re hiring a Maintenance Lead to keep our campus safe, clean, and running smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
<ul>
<li>Handle work orders and facility repairs</li>
<li>Maintain building systems and preventative maintenance schedules</li>
<li>Support daily upkeep, cleanliness, and grounds</li>
<li>Coordinate with leadership and respond to on-call needs</li>
<li>Keep maintenance logs and meet accreditation standards</li>
</ul>
What We’re Looking For:
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>2–3 years of supervisory or maintenance experience</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation</li>
<li>CPR/First Aid (or willing to obtain)</li>
<li>Ability to pass background check and drug screen</li>
