Job Description

Ready to Build Something Better and Help Keep Our Organization Running at Its Best?

Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating exceptional workplace experiences? Orange County's Federal Credit Union (OCFCU) is looking for a Facilities Associate to join our Facilities & Security team. In this pivotal role, you'll help support the daily operations of our 11 branch and headquarters locations, ensuring facilities requests are handled efficiently, vendors stay compliant, records remain organized, and our locations continue to provide a safe, professional environment for both employees and members.

For more than 85 years, we’ve helped our members reach life’s milestones by building real relationships, not pushing transactions. Our people-first philosophy isn’t just a tagline. It’s why we’ve been named #1 Credit Union by the Orange County Register for several years and most recently 2024 & 2025! We’re also honored with workplace satisfaction—driven directly by employee voices. When you join OCFCU, you’re joining a workplace where people genuinely enjoy coming to work and feel empowered to do meaningful, impactful work every day.
