Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

Career Strategies is NOW HIRING an experienced Leasing Consultant or Property Management Professional in Santa Fe, NM!

We are seeking a motivated, dependable, and customer-service-oriented individual to assist with daily operations at a residential apartment community. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced leasing professional or property manager who enjoys working with residents, supporting property operations, and maintaining a welcoming community environment.

The ideal candidate will be organized, professional, proactive, and comfortable working independently while providing exceptional service to prospective and current residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist prospective residents with apartment inquiries, property tours, applications, and leasing activities.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and prospective tenants.
• Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and assist with daily office operations.
• Maintain accurate resident files, leasing documentation, and administrative records.
• Assist with move-ins, move-outs, and resident communications.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and communicate with maintenance personnel as needed.
• Support rent collection activities, resident follow-ups, and general property management tasks as assigned.
• Help ensure the community operates smoothly and professionally during temporary staffing coverage.

Qualifications

• Previous apartment leasing or property management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi, OneSite, or similar platforms is a plus.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work the required Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM schedule.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
