What You’ll Own
- Lead, direct, and support maintenance personnel performing equipment installation, facilities repair, and preventive maintenance.
- Perform regular plant inspections, assessing facility condition and the efficient use of space.
- Establish and sustain a preventive maintenance program to maximize reliability.
- Ensure compliant hazardous waste disposal; act as liaison with public utility, environmental, and energy agencies.
- Oversee construction and installation work for strict conformance to specifications; develop and coordinate specifications, proposals, contracts, and related documents.
- Coordinate building space allocation, layouts, and communication services.
- Assist with facilities equipment repair and PM activities as needed.

- Supervise team members in the Maintenance Department and Tool Room.
- Interview, hire, and train; plan, assign, and direct work.
- Evaluate performance, recognize achievements, and discipline when required.
- Handle employee concerns and resolve issues professionally.
