The Building Maintenance professional will maintain residential properties, ensuring facilities remain safe, functional, and well maintained. Reporting to the Property Manager, this role will coordinate repairs, complete maintenance activities, and support efficient property operations.

Responsibilities

<li>Perform preventive maintenance across residential properties.</li>
<li>Conduct building inspections and identify maintenance needs.</li>
<li>Coordinate repairs and manage service requirements.</li>
<li>Complete plumbing and electrical repairs as needed.</li>
<li>Maintain compliance with safety requirements.</li>
<li>Manage work orders from initiation through completion.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate maintenance records.</li>
