Job Title: Project Manager
Job Description
We are seeking aProject Manager to oversee the construction of a new $100 million outpatient center at the Innova hospital build in Alexandria, Virginia. This role requires onsite management five days a week, with flexibility to meet client needs. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the construction process, ensuring seamless coordination between the project team and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Manage the new build of a $100 million outpatient center.
- Oversee the entire construction process, including base build and healthcare construction.
- Act as the owner's representative, facilitating communication and collaboration with project stakeholders.
- Ensure project milestones and deliverables are achieved on time and within budget.
- Handle contractor management, change orders, and construction documentation.
- Conduct owner meetings and provide regular updates on project progress.
Essential Skills
- Extensive project management experience in construction.
- Proven track record of managing large healthcare projects, $40 million or more.
- Experience working as an owner's representative within healthcare construction.
- Strong history of onsite project management.
- Ability to manage contractor relationships and construction documentation.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or related engineering field.
- OSHA or PMP certifications preferred, but not required.
Work Environment
This position requires working onsite five days a week in Alexandria, Virginia. As part of a top-tier Owner's Rep firm specializing in healthcare projects along the East Coast, the candidate will have the opportunity to be an early hire in the DC team, with significant growth potential to advance to a Project Executive or Project Director role within a few years

This is a Permanent position based out of Alexandria, VA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $150000.00 - $180000.00/yr.
