Las Colinas Apartments is a community in transition, and we're looking for a motivated, hands-on Property Manager who wants to grow their career by helping turn a property around. You'll have the support of an experienced regional and corporate team while you build your skills as a manager.

What You'll Do
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the community, including leasing, resident relations, rent collection, and maintenance coordination
- Lead stabilization efforts at a distressed property, including improving occupancy, reducing delinquency, and restoring curb appeal
- Manage the unit turn process from move-out through make-ready, working closely with maintenance and vendors to keep turns on schedule and on budget
- Drive leasing activity: marketing vacant units, conducting tours, processing applications, and closing leases
- Handle delinquencies, notices, and evictions in accordance with company policy and Ohio law
- Maintain accurate resident files and property records
- Build positive relationships with residents and help create a safe, well-maintained community
What You Bring
- Experience as an Assistant Property Manager, Leasing Agent, or similar multifamily role
- Hands-on experience working with distressed or turnaround properties
- Strong working knowledge of the unit turn process
- Proven leasing and customer service skills
- Organized, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Property management software experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
