Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 Years experience in heavy manufacturing environment preferred
- CBM Certifications preferred
- Proficient in SAP, Excel, Word, Project
- Adhere to safety protocols and proper use of PPE
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the safety, training and performance of all assigned employees
- Monitor reliability based systems including preventative maintenance systems
- Management of the preventive/predictive maintenance programs
- Facilitate continuous improvement processes around equipment availability
- Provide ongoing reports on the CBM program status
