Job DescriptionEntry-Level Test Technician
We are looking to hire Entry-Level Test Technicians to join our growing team and start a career in manufacturing. In this role, you will use computers and testing equipment to run battery tests, monitor results, and document findings.
No previous testing experience is required. We provide training and are looking for dependable individuals who are comfortable using computers and have strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Set up batteries and testing equipment
- Run computer-based tests by following work instructions
- Monitor testing processes and record results
- Enter data into computer systems accurately
- Follow quality and safety procedures
- Keep work areas clean and organized

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Individuals with an interest in electronics, technology, or engineering may be a great fit for this role. Candidates with experience building PCs, working with electronics, completing technical coursework, or pursuing education in electronics, engineering, or a related field are encouraged to apply.

Work Environment
The role is based in a climate-controlled facility designed for comfort and consistent equipment performance. You will work Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a 30-minute lunch break and two additional breaks during the day. Most of the work is performed at a computer workstation, using Linux-based software and computer-based testing stations to manage battery and hardware tests. The environment is structured and process-driven, with clear work instructions, quality standards, and good manufacturing practices guiding daily activities. You should be comfortable spending the majority of your day on computers, handling electronic hardware, and navigating various software applications while maintaining a professional, detail-oriented approach.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Homestead, FL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
