What we’re looking for in our agents:

- An active real estate license
- Proficiency in drafting purchase and listing agreements
- Strong skills in property evaluations and pricing
- Responsiveness and availability to meet client needs
- Commitment to maintaining up-to-date systems and CRM tools, including Zillow integrations
