Upstream O&G company seeking a mid-manager to oversee lease administration.
Responsibilities:
- Oversight of tracking, maintaining, & updating oil and gas leases and contracts
- Ensure accurate and timely issuance of lease obligations, including delay rentals, shut-in payments, minimum royalties, and lease extensions
- Manage, train, and mentor a team of lease analysts
- Compliance & auditing
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of oil and gas land administration or lease analysis
- Supervisory or team-lead experience a must
- Proficient in land and accounting software; Excalibur preferred
- Bachelor's highly desirable
