Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

Candidates MUST have a valid driver's license with at least one year of driving history

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a utilities location.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating relevant details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify maintenance, access control, or other security-related concerns.
Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials when required, and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or unauthorized access attempts according to site protocols.
Support daily operations by completing routine reports, maintaining awareness of changing site conditions, and assisting with directions, information, and other customer service needs as appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
