In this role, you will be responsible for assembling and disassembling electronic units with precision, ensuring accuracy in data entry for each completed unit. Candidates must demonstrate attention to detail and manual dexterity, as well as the ability to work efficiently under pressure. The role involves working with phone components, utilizing test equipment, and reading schematics to support quality assurance processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Assemble and disassemble electronic units with precision.

Enter and verify data accurately using computer systems.

Operate test equipment and interpret basic schematics.

Perform surface mount and thru-hole soldering techniques.

Conduct cell phone rework and troubleshooting as needed.

Ensure adherence to quality standards in a high-volume environment.

Maintain safety and cleanliness standards in the workspace.
Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED.
-
1-2 years of previous experience in electronics assembly or related fields.

Experience with surface mount and thru-hole soldering preferred.

Solid understanding of phone components and basic troubleshooting.

Ability to operate test equipment and read schematics.

Good manual dexterity and detailed attention to work.

Strong computer skills for accurate data entry.

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Flexibility to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
