Position Overview for the Lead Desktop Support Specialist:
\n
- \n
- Support the client’s desktop and customer support operations, managing high-volume incident tickets and hardware installations.
- Install, image, and configure computers, printers, and peripherals as well as migrate data and profiles.
- Document processes, procedures, and support incident resolution efforts.
- Collaborate with network, security, and application teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Lead project efforts and provide technical guidance to other technicians and support staff.

Required Skills for the Lead Desktop Support Specialist:

- \n
- 7+ years of experience with computer hardware, software, peripherals, components, networking protocols, and communications.
- Installing and imaging new computers and loading appropriate software for customers.
- Installing and configuring local and network printers and other peripherals.
- Migrating data and user profiles.
- Documenting processes and procedures related to technical field support activities.
