Weichert, Realtors - House of Brokers is seeking a real estate agent to join our growing team serving Central Missouri.

Meet Your Support Team:
CEO & Managing Partner | Dawn Daly: Dawn is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the business, including corporate relocation, mentorship program coordination, agent recruitment, management of staff, marketing efforts, and yearly budgeting of all departments. Dawn began working with Weichert, Realtors - House of Brokers in 1999 and has worked in almost all areas of the company. Outside the office, Dawn loves spending time with her family, her husband, two sons, daughter-in-law, and grandson. She enjoys traveling, boating, Cardinals games, and football. On summer weekends, they can be found either at the Lake of the Ozarks or watching both of their sons race sprint cars.

Designated Broker & COO | Rob Smith: Rob Smith serves as Designated Broker and Chief Operating Officer for Weichert, Realtors - House of Brokers, bringing years of leadership, industry expertise, and a commitment to supporting agents and clients alike. As one of the founding owners of First Tier and a key leader in its transition to Weichert, Realtors - First Tier, Rob has played an instrumental role in building successful real estate organizations centered on professionalism, growth, and exceptional service. His background in law enforcement has shaped his strong sense of integrity, attention to detail, and dedication to helping others navigate important decisions with confidence. Outside of the office, Rob enjoys spending time with his wife and five children, traveling to new destinations, and hitting the golf course whenever he has the opportunity.
Operations Manager | Michelle O'Neal: A native Boone County resident, Michelle and her husband, Travis, are raising their two children, Dalli and Rhett, on the same family farm her grandfather purchased over 40 years ago. As a farmer, builder and a Real Estate Broker, her grandfather led with integrity, and his love of Real Estate transferred to Michelle. Bringing over 15 years of experience in business management, Michelle obtained her Real Estate license in 2016, and her Broker license in 2021. Her vast knowledge of contracts, forms, and the intricate workings of all aspects leading up to closing lend her the ability to ensure your transactions are seamless and by-the-book. In her free time, she loves camping, hiking, and traveling with her family and her dog Cash.
Sales Manager | Laura Gauldin: With more than 24 years of real estate experience, Laura Gauldin is dedicated to helping agents grow their businesses, strengthen their skills, and achieve their goals. As Sales Manager, she provides coaching, mentorship, and support while fostering a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and success. A graduate of Stephens College, Laura has proudly called Columbia home for many years and is passionate about helping others thrive in both their careers and their community. Outside of work, Laura enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. While she grew up in Northern California and spent 15 years studying ballet, these days you'll just as likely find her at a rodeo or casting a fishing line whenever she gets the chance.
Tamala Anderson | Business Development Manager: Tamala Anderson serves as Business Development Manager for Weichert, Realtors - House of Brokers, where she focuses on agent growth, relationship building, recruiting, community engagement, and creating opportunities that strengthen both the company and its agents. With a passion for connecting people and fostering meaningful partnerships, Tamala is dedicated to helping agents succeed while promoting the values and culture that make WRHOB unique. Outside of work, Tamala is faith-driven and family-focused, finding strength, hope, and joy in her faith in Jesus Christ and her devotion to her family. She thrives on friendly competitionespecially during game nights where her spirited nature shinesand is passionate about wellness, embracing fitness and healthy living as part of her daily routine.
Director of Marketing | Alana Nyhart: Alana Nyhart serves as Director of Marketing for Weichert, Realtors - House of Brokers, overseeing company branding, marketing strategy, social media, digital communications, event promotion, recruiting campaigns, and agent support. She works closely with agents and teams to develop marketing materials, create content, strengthen personal brands, and implement strategies that help grow their businesses. Through a combination of creativity, organization, and innovation, Alana is dedicated to providing the tools, resources, and marketing support that drive success for both agents and the company as a whole. Outside of the office, you can find Alana hanging out with her husband and son, trying new restaurants with friends, or reading a good book. She loves traveling and experiencing new cultures and ways of thinking.
Processing Coordinator | Natalie Eads: Natalie Eads serves as Processing Coordinator for Weichert, Realtors - House of Brokers, helping ensure transactions move smoothly from contract to closing. With a strong focus on organization, communication, and attention to detail, Natalie works closely with agents, clients, lenders, and title companies to keep every step of the process on track. Her commitment to accuracy and exceptional service helps create a seamless experience for both agents and their clients. Outside of work, Natalie enjoys staying active as a member of a co-ed softball team, where Thursday nights are dedicated to friendly competition and fun with teammates. She is also a devoted Harry Potter fan who can quote the books with ease. Natalie loves traveling and exploring new places,whether it's a quick weekend getaway or a cross-country adventure.
