WORKING COMMUNITY MANAGER (Bilingual English/Spanish) - 252 Units - $65k-$70k + Monthly Commission + Mileage Reimbursement

We manage a 196-unit community in Dallas where you will office most of the week, plus two 28-unit properties - one in 76103 and one in 75210. Total portfolio: 252 units.This is a working manager position. You have a floating Assistant Manager on-site 2.5 days/week for support. The rest of the week you handle leasing, collections, resident relations, inspections, and admin.
COMPENSATION - BASE PAY IS FIRM:
- Base Salary: $65,000 - $70,000/year depending on experience - FIRM, please do not apply if you require more
- Eligible for Monthly Commission/Bonus AFTER probationary period
- Mileage Reimbursement for travel between properties
BENEFITS:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Full day-to-day operations for all 3 properties
- Leasing, tours, applications, renewals
- Rent collections, posting notices, delinquency
- Resident relations and conflict resolution
- Property inspections, vendor oversight, make-ready walks
- All administrative duties and reporting to ownership
REQUIREMENTS - DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT MEET THESE:
- Bilingual English/Spanish FLUENT - Required
- 7+ years Multifamily Property Management experience, with time as a Community/Property Manager
- Experience in Class C communities preferred
- Must have reliable transportation, valid Driver's License, and current auto insurance - Required for travel between properties
- Self-starter who takes ownership and can work independently
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch). On-call for emergencies as needed.
