Position Overview
\n
We are seeking an experienced QA & Integrations Analyst to support the quality, accuracy, and reliability of integrations between Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) platforms within the retail and apparel industry.

Key Responsibilities
\n

- Develop, document, and execute test cases and test scripts for ERP, DTC, and retail system integrations.
- Validate end-to-end data flows, data transformations, mappings, and interfaces between integrated applications.
- Identify, troubleshoot, document, and track defects and integration issues through resolution.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Support integration testing during system implementations, platform upgrades, and production deployments.
- Document test plans, test procedures, test results, technical workflows, and defect reports.
- Collaborate with developers, IT teams, business analysts, and end users to resolve issues and ensure business requirements are met.
- Support test automation initiatives and improve QA processes and testing efficiency.
- Manage multiple testing activities and priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings and communicate technical findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications
\n

- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience in QA, software testing, system integrations, or a related discipline.
- Mandatory: Retail, apparel, or home goods industry experience.
- Strong understanding of system integration concepts, data transformation, and data mapping.
- Hands-on experience developing and executing integration test cases and test scripts.
- Experience with ERP and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) systems.
- Familiarity with QA methodologies, integration testing, UAT, and regression testing.
- Experience with test automation tools and practices.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
