Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Cleaning and preparing residential apartments for new move-ins (turns)
- Maintaining cleanliness in common areas (lobbies, hallways, elevators, laundry rooms)
- Ensuring exterior walkways and grounds are tidy and welcoming
- Using professional cleaning supplies and tools safely and effectively
- Communicating with the team to ensure high-quality, timely service
Qualifications
- Previous cleaning experience (residential or commercial preferred)
- Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
- Ability to follow cleaning protocols and safety procedures
- Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a supportive, mission-driven team
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to work on your feet all day, often lifting, twisting, and bending
- The ability to work well independently and within a team
