Are you finding it difficult to get quality Zillow leads recently? Redux is thriving with Zillow Preferred! We continue to receive a strong volume of inbound Zillow Preferred buyer inquiries and are looking to partner with a select group of licensed real estate agents in Delaware who are ready to work in real estate as a full-time career.
These are active homebuyers requesting showings and information now—not cold leads or long-term nurture prospects.
What We Provide
- Live Zillow Preferred clients are routed directly to you
- No upfront costs for leads, advertising, or listing photography
- ISA set appointments
- Off-market opportunities, creative deal flow (assignments, novations, fix & flip exposure)
- Full support from our back office team from contract to close
- Coaching from top-producing leadership
- Proven systems to convert online opportunities into signed clients
- Marketing and operational support - You focus on clients, and our team handles the support behind the scenes.
We are willing to train the right agent—but you must bring the drive and energy to go after the business!

Compensation:
$95,000 and up commission based income
Responsibilities:
- Convert opportunities into clients by consistently following up, building relationships, and moving prospects through the pipeline.
- Host open houses to meet buyers, create connections, and position yourself as the local market expert.
- Guide the transaction by serving as the key point of contact between buyer and seller from the first conversation to closing.
- Match buyers with the right homes by understanding their goals and presenting properties that fit their needs and budget.
Qualifications:
- Active Real Estate License required.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license with reliable transportation.
- Strong communication and people skills—someone who builds trust quickly.
- Coachable, collaborative, and thrives in a team environment.
