Senior Project Manager – Civil / Solar & BESS

Location: Juno Beach, FL 33408
\n
Duration: 12 months, with possible extension or FTE conversion
\n
\n
Responsibilities:-
\n
- \n
- Lead project execution for utility-scale solar, BESS, substation, and infrastructure projects.
- Manage civil due diligence, including ALTA surveys, geotechnical studies, environmental reviews, permitting, grading, and drainage.
- Review and coordinate EOR design deliverables at 30%, 60%, 90%, and IFC milestones.
- Support constructability reviews, CAPEX estimates, value engineering, and BESS design automation.
- Coordinate with EORs, EPC contractors, surveyors, geotechnical consultants, and internal engineering teams.
- Manage RFIs, change orders, construction issues, cost, schedule, safety, and quality.
- Support commissioning, startup, operational readiness, and regulatory coordination as applicable.

Required Qualifications:-
\n
- \n
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- 11–15 years of relevant civil engineering/project experience.
- Experience with utility-scale solar, BESS, substations, or large infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of grading, drainage, stormwater, permitting, and construction support.
- Experience managing external engineering firms and EPC contractors.
- Strong project management, communication, cost, and schedule management skills.

Preferred/Nice-to-Have:-
\n
- \n
- PE license and/or PMP certification.
- Experience with large capital projects.
- Experience with EOR/EPC coordination, design milestone reviews, constructability, and value engineering.
- Familiarity with automated BESS design processes.

\n
\n
\n
